Evidence of the corrupt politicians and members of the Legal Profession
I wrote to the head of the Human Rights Court in Strasbourg but could not change his mind to put my case in front of the judges; even though my human rights had been violated by our courts.
After this I went to
Miscarriages of Justice (MOJO) hoping that someone like Paddy Hill (one of the
Birmingham Six), who had had personal experience of being innocent and put in jail, would
help me, but he refused.
On 24 March 2008 I went back
to the Legal Complaints Services and
asked them to investigate my complaints against 7 of my solicitors (their
names are on my other web-site) who suppressed my alibi, as I had new evidence.
They refused to investigate and then I went to
the Legal Service Ombudsman who did not reply, which was not surprising as their
former boss Ann Abraham had supported the OSS and Bar Council when they had said it was OK for
my lawyers to suppress my alibi.
In November 2009 I went to
the Parliamentary Ombudsman who was Ann Abraham to try and get her to put the
wrong she did years ago right. Her reply was that there was nothing her office
could do about the courts until I had complained to Court Services. She also
said I should go to the Legal Services Ombudsman about solicitors because she could
do nothing.
I have complained to Court
Services and she knew the LSO would not expose her.
I complained to the Court
Service when my solicitors, barrister and Poole Court robbed me of my business
in 1993. I also complained to them from 1997 when the maltreatment I received
from Bournemouth and Winchester courts started, until it finished in 2002. My
MP can confirm this as she has contacted them herself on my behalf.
I have written back to Ms
Abraham asking her to undo what she did years ago when she was the Legal
Services Ombudsman and back up my evidence that proves that my solicitors,
police, barristers, and judges Whigg and Hooton did suppress my alibi so that I
would be convicted. Also to back my evidence that I was robbed of my business
by members of the legal profession.
Will she do it? I doubt it,
because if she does it will prove that there was a conspiracy to have me
convicted and that they also conspired to rob me of my business. The legal
profession would retaliate against the politicians if she did.
